Matt Evans and a varied cast of players will be walking you through a discussion of their experience playing the game, interspersed with highlights from the actual game play.
In The Godfather: Corleone’s Empire, 2-5 players will take on the roles of families competing for control of the organized crime networks of New York City. Don Corleone won’t be around forever, so while you perform jobs for him, you’ll also be laying the groundwork to stake your dominance across the various territories of the city – so that when the time comes, the other families will bow to your authority.
The various included miniatures aren’t just there to look good, you’ll deploy them across the city to shake down businesses for money, illegal goods and a variety of other benefits that you’ll then use to accomplish various jobs for Don Corleone. All the while you’ll be vying for control of the regions of the city, bribing allies and engaging in turf wars with the other players. Someone giving you trouble? You might have to send them to sleep with the fishes.
